We had a great picnic time at this unknown lake - we called it Thomas Lake - founded by Thomas. Introduced SUP to the hikers. They loved it.

It was a fun day. Four of us. brought some food for picnic and met other hikers. Gave them a SUP session and introduce the sport. Tried out all kinds of styles and strokes. Falling into the water and had lots of fun for all.

I begin to like this unknown lake. The trees in the water makes it interesting and calm. We met some other hikers and taught them Stand Up Paddle and they liked it. Will return to this spot again.

We discovered this lake by accident. Pure rain water catchment area in a new housing development. Access through Bandar Nusa Rhu. Use your google or Waze and key in Jalan Pulau Angsa U10/33A. There is a side entrance through the fence and you will find the lake. Beautiful and quiet. I call it Mini Kenyir lake as you can see a lot of trees still growing in the lake. Nice to paddle in between them. We had a lot of fun..but didn't like the mud which can be avoided.
