5th SUP Race Bern, Wohlensee - This was a really nice race at a beautiful location. There are not so many paddlers and it is very familiar. I had really a lot of trouble with the waves created by all paddlers at the start. I probably used the first 3 minutes 50 % of my energy to paddle and 50% to keep somehow balance. Then it got much better and I landed at the middle of the field. The weather was perfect and it was easy and helpful to test some other boards, paddles and to get some tips.

Tasik Biru (Blue Lake) is a nice place for a relaxing scenic paddle. You may be sharing the relatively small lake with jet skis, but they seem pretty respectful to paddlers. They tend to show up latter in the afternoon, so if you want the lake to yourself, you are better to head out in the morning. There are some pretty shallow areas which may be comforting if you are a beginner and not a strong swimmer.

Une très bonne planche pour débutant, aussi bien en solo ou en duo.
Gamme promenade / débutant chez Décathlon, qui vend la planche (avec un sac à dos de transport) et son aileron et le leash.
A noter que si on achète la pompe et une pagaie avec, la pompe est offerte.

C'est un peu long à gonfler, mais ça fait un bon échauffement !
