Harbour Sup n Sail is dedicated to SUP and Dinghy sailing we have two bases at Enniscrone Pier Co Sligo and the Quay Ballina Co Mayo Ireland both locations offer a full range range of boards and paddles to suit all abilities beginner ,tour,surf or race ,approved buoyancy aids and wetsuits where required .All of our instructors are ASI / ISA qualified and hold current first aid and rescue qualifications .
Enniscrone Pier is perfect place to learn and develop your SUP skills the harbour area offers a contained and safe environment as well as providing shelter from certain wind directions .The Bay and Beach offer the opportunity for paddlers to further develop there skills in a more open and exposed environment and also to progress into Surf Sup .Killala bay offers crystal clear water and a variety of sea life including seals and Dolphins the coastal area offers some amazing paddling between Enniscrone ,Killala and our second base at The Quay Ballina as well as the the Estuary and Bartra Island .We are happy to tailor custom tours throughout this area and beyond along the beautiful Sligo and North Mayo Coastline .
The Quay Ballina , Moy river and Belleek Forest park all combine to make this one of the most outstanding areas for SUP in Ireland .The Quay offers a safe and sheltered environment to learn and enjoy this amazing sport ,The Forest park offers both shelter from the wind and elements and the most incredible back drop for your paddle bringing you closer to nature and the wildlife of the area than you could imagine possible .The Quay is Tidal and leading up too the high tide it is possible to paddle up river under the bridges and into Ballina town and the famous Ridge pool .The Moy river stretches for 10 km between the Quay and Enniscrone and for accomplished paddlers offers an outstanding place to Tour ,Down wind ,Race or just Explore
