That sounds good ;-) Well, I'm in good shape and there were no full three days. Every morning was theory and afternoon three to four hours on the water. On the second day 17.5 km downstream with many quiet sections (but also with some strong excercices ;-)). The last day was the shortest, but also exhausting. Much upriver paddled and crossed currents. But yes, I have noticed that I have done something ;-). I still have to log the other sessions, but first I will make a short video.
